In less than 5 days, we kick off in the dome! I'm expecting a more intense team on both sides of the ball. We win 38-21. Defense will be aggressive but make some mistakes in the first game in Uncle Sal's scheme. I'll take aggressive anyday over bend but don't break mentality we have seem to had lately.

My prediction PAIN!!! AJ busts up their running back, Maggitt records 2-3 sacks and McCullers eats someone!

It amazes me how everyone FREAKED about the DR ordeal, I wont say that I didn't think about how sweet it would have been watching defenses get blasted through the air with no way to stop it. Now, I'm sure there will be a platoon of WRs in the slot trying to take the sting away and I'm sure there will be some growing pains. I hope ZR plays with a chip on his shoulders and kicks everyone's @$$ and blow the expectations out of the water. IMO the only thing we give up here is just the physical aspect DR had, just imposing himself in the middle of the field.

Now, I am STOKED about our Dline and linebacker's! I think its going to be the best we have had in a long time. And they are returning a lot of starters on D. My only concern is I have never been a huge fan of our DBs. I hope I'm way off, they just don't seem to be those physical lock down corners you want in the SEC. Same at safety. IMO this is our weakest position and where we will give up the most yards. I'm a huge Eric Gordon fan, reminds me of Johnathan Wade but obviously at this point not as talented. Maybe he will get back on 1st team and shine like I hope.

NCst prediction is 31-21 Tennessee wins.

Very best case record is 10-2, most likely is 9-3, and worst case 8-4. I can't take another 7-5 season or worse.

JHunt will avg over 15 yds/catch with at least one TD, probably more. DY or Quenshaun will break a long one. At least 2 rbs will avg at least 60 yds rushing, probably more. We will have at least 6 guys with receptions, probably more. Someone will start at FS ... probably Moore.

I don't think the gameplan for NC state has changed bc of DR's dismissal. We were always going to establish the run in order to prevent ourselves from having to test their secondary more than we need to. Our backfield is going to be the story of this game.

You would think but the loud crowd on here and on local sports talk are whining too much for my liking. I'm ready to hear some excitement from others because I don't want to be the only LOUD AND PROUD @$$ walking around Atlanta. But if that's what it takes... so be it.
