I don't care if you want to see Fulmer gone, or have him stay. I don't care if you want all the coaches gone. I don't care who you want to start and who should be doing what.

However, I do care about the complete shunning of our team by some of you "vol fans." TO assert that we ought to boycott our team, or shred our tickets, or hope for LOSSES is asinine and pitiful. I'll still be at every game cheering our TEAM, and the rest of you can go cheer for Bama, for all I care. If you can't cheer our boys when they lose, I don't want your sorry butts around when we win.

This isn't about the coaches, it's about The University of Tennessee. I support the team.

What kind of dumb message does it send to players, recruits, etc when a fanbase is willing to bail as soon as they hit a rough patch?

I don't care if a damn one of you shows up for the arkansas state game. Give your tickets to someone who will come out and cheer for our team. I'll be there, and at every other game the rest of the season wearing my orange and cheering like we're 12 and 0.

Me too, doesn't change the fact that UT needs a change. It's okay to want change.

I've never insulted anyone on here for defending CPF. I've never called for a boycott of games. I'll never pull for a UT loss.

I will however voice my opinion on the topic. If you do not like it do not read it.

well then.......

Nicely put Jwells. You left little-to-no gray area in interpreting your true passion for the Vols.

As soon as we hit a rough patch? We hit that patch in 1999 and have been sliding ever since.
I'd rather go to hot firey blazes of hell than spend one more minute or dime watching this man destroy UT football.

GO VOLS BEAT FULMER!

I'm just tired of the borderline retarded banter about boycotts and cheering for losses. This isn't to say that I'm not deeply concerned. Maybe Fulmer's time has come, but these pepole are ready to burn his house down and drag him out of town. I think that there needs to be a better situation given for people who've given so much to the University.

As part of the Tennessee family, I think that there are better methods than turning our backs on our team. If I can support our team til the final second of the Florida game, I can support them the rest of the year. We'll see what happens after that.

Very, very few people on here are hoping for UT losses. Actually I can only think if one person that has posted that opinion.

I've seen it thrown around a few times. I want to support the team, get through the season, then whatever has to happen..happens.

He got that quote from Charlie Weiss.

I support the players but not the coaching staff. They have had their chances.

I'll be cheering 100% for the Vols to win, no matter who we're playing or who is coaching the team; but I have gotten to the point where I think a different coaching staff could give the Vols a better chance to win.

About 95% of the nation has come to this conclusion and the media knew it already.

Gee, and someone can get banned for talking about reformed Fulmerites on here but several folks have just been called retarded, asinine, and told to go to hell.
Interesting.

That said, Go Vols, Fire Fulmer!

You can't be serious

JWells, I'm signing on to your manifesto. I DO hope for a mass exodus from Neyland: there are thousands and thousands of people across the state lined up to take their place.

I don't think any loyal Vols are really talking against the team, it's just if Mike Hamilton is running UT like big business he needs to replace an underperforming CEO like big business.I have always been behind Fulmer but now I'm just behind the players.I really don't care if we win the rest of them, I have been very patient and I just can't put Fulmer ahead of Battle or Majors. The thing that gets me most of all is if I would have seen effort, a closer game with Cal and Florida I probably would stay quiet. But no more, I have been more than patient with all of them.Look what Bruce Pearl has done to one of the poorest basketball programs in America. It's time to do the same with our Beloved football Vols, give them a chance, inject that program with new life and dignity.
