Yep. Hydroxycut Hardcore for a month and dieting. I'm doin it. It works... You just gotta be stingy about your diet and make sure you're lifting and getting cardio.
I lift a keg of beer out of my lawn tractor wagon to store in my garage fridge then transfer it backover to the house when the keg needs to be traded out. That's about 155lbs of dead weight. I do two sets a week. One unloading and one reloading. lol::lol:
