There are several coaches out there I'd be thrilled with, subject to availability. For example, if Lawrence Frank gets fired by the Nets, he'd be perfect for the job. If the 'AA clears Tim Floyd, that would be my choice. Among young guys, Brad Stevens, Brad Brownell, and Kerry Keating would all be appealing choices. It's not as easy to speculate on coaches who already have jobs in BCS leagues, since those situations are fluid. However, I'm pretty sure Herb Sendek is quickly learning that he's at a school with zero real committment to basketball.Just curious Hat, if this turns out to be the end of the line for Pearl, who would you advocate hiring?
I don't think there's any new ground to be mined there. He's done about a thousand interviews since he got here.
