Beckett is usually the price fixer on the cards. Whatever they value the card for, you can usually get 50-70% on a private sale. 50% or less at a dealer. That's for mint cards. And, it depends on what you have. Some are obviously worth more than others. I got lucky in collecting every card made for Nolan Ryan, Cal Ripken, Jr. and a few others that made it big. Also, have and had a few old Mickey Mantle cards, a few Casey Stengel when he played and coached, mid 60's Hank Aaron, etc.

Thanks. I have some worthwhile cards, I just don't remember exactly what I have. I know I have at least one Ripken Jr. rookie. I'll flip through the price guide and see any of them come back to me.
