There are a lot of names there for Vegas to win money. Surprised Gruden isn't on the list. They could make a fortune from bets placed on him.

No thanks to PJ Fleck. He is another version of Butch Jones. Instead of Brick by Brick you'd be hearing "row the boat". Watched his show and while he has a goo personality he is too close to the walking cliche machine we currently have.

O no! He uses coach speak! Like every other coach in America?

You guys are ridiculous. Fleck has done a great job as a head coach so far and would be a great hire. Evaluating a coach on his media interviews is about as dumb as it gets

Where's Brent Venable? Could be a great hire. And Currie may know him through Snyder. CBV has worked under some of the best (Bill Snyder, Bob Stoops, and Dabo)

I get everyone wanting this guy that guy...he is a proven head coach. How did those guys become head coaches? They paid their dues being coordinators. People keep saying Tee didn’t want to be here before, any idea why? Why did Jay Graham leave? Look around now! Bring someone that would actually CARE about the future of the program.

Anyone that says Tee or Jim Bob would be bad hires be so they have never been a head coach is only looking for a quick fix, a band aid. Cause that is all it will be if we hire a Chip Kelly type. I know he has scored a ton of points in the past. But that’s what it is, the past. No guarantees he is close to the same coach. Spurrier never got his edge back. What says Kelly would?

1. Chip Kelly
2. Everybody else

IMO its Chip Kelly or bust. He's a proven winner (4 Pac 12 titles in 4 years and 1 trip to the National Title Game). He can develop QBs (see Marcus Mariota). He even had more success in the NFL than Nick Saban (led the Eagles to the playoffs in year 1).

If we land Chip Kelly, we'll win MULTIPLE national titles.

I watched more than that, I watched every show of "Being P J Fleck". I watched him coach in practice and games, interviews, speaking to the team, his family. I saw enough to know he is way too similar in personality to BJ with the exact same upward trend and coaching stops.

You don't think Saban uses coaching speak? You don't think Saban had similar coaching stops? Fleck has proven he can win. He would be a good hire.

Fleck has proven he can have one great season. He's so similar to Butch it's crazy, they're both cliche machines. It's strange how Butch annoys most people so much, right fully so, but a different person does the same thing and he's somehow way better.

Chip Kelly won and won big....he paid his dues too as an OC then took Oregon to another whole level once he was the HC. Spurrier returned to South Carolina which was like taking over Kentucky but with some decent in state talent. He won the East with decent talent and a few big time recruits but finally he burnt out. Kelly is still in his prime.

We don't need to take a chance on another up and comer regardless if he is an ex-Vol or not...to big of a gamble.

IMO if we don't reach out to Kelly and offer 6M then Currie should be fired as well. If Kelly doesn't want to come here or counters with something ridiculous like 8-9M then so be it, look elsewhere, but we absolutely have to try.
