If we win out...which I believe we will...is there a chance of us getting a bid to the Chik-Fil-A bowl. I live in Atlanta and that would be SOME consolation.

I live in Nashville, and as much as I'd love to watch the vols team from this year, especially EB if he decides to enter the draft early, one more time live this year, I would much rather see them make a bigger bowl...But who knows? It's all up to the BCS and the bowl committees

Chris Lowe seems to think so, but again its Chris Lowe.

Amazingly enough, the SEC could have 9 bowl eligible teams.

Bigger Bowl? Are you high? We are a .500 team with loses at home to Auburn and UCLA. We haven't won a game on the road and just got housed by an unranked Ole Miss team. We are 5-5 and not yet bowl eligible.

I think we got eliminated from Orlando and Dallas yesterday. everything else is still a possibility, except BCS of course

IF... a frog had wings, he wouldn't bump his a$$.:) I think anything is possible, but more than likely we win out. We can't overlook anyone though. I live in the Atlanta area too and would love to see them in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl.

"show them what a REAL football team is made of!"

Wow! Last time I heard that statement was when Joe Pa was coming down here in the seventies to show us "southern boys" how to play football. We sent him home with his tail tucked tween his legs!!!!

Haskell Stanback ran all over their butts. I really got pixxed when 2 smart ass Penn St. students were demanding southern hospitality and let them have some tickets. They were arrogant and demeaning. I guess we showed them some Tennessee hospitality.

I was there. It was the first night game at Neyland stadium.

yeah we could get there pretty easily I imagine.

Only thing that might get in the way is if UGA is still available when Chickfila's pick comes around in the bowl selection process

Vols definately would not want to play tech. I hate the hokies but they would probably beat vols by 30. Williams and Taylor would rush for over 200 each.
