I would keep:

Offense: Clawson, Scott, Drayton

Defense: Caldwell and Brooks...

It's a shame you can't let Chavis go as a DC but keep him as an LB coach

Offense: Drayton, Scott

Defense: None

Offensive Hires: Would try to lure Norm Chow here. If he wouldn't come hire Scott Linehan. Then go after former Nfl assistants for the rest of the offense.

Defensive Hires: Mike Nolan for Defensive Coordinator, LBs coach would go after a former NFL LB that knows how teach football maybe bring in Al Wilson, DB coach try to stir up Darrell Green to coach it up, and I would hire a special teams coach.

And Graduate Assistant Bolinger. :thumbsup:

I'd demand a big raise every year, gain 150 pounds, lose games that should be won, work like heck to fix it.........oh wait, that's whats happening now-my bad.

Fire everybody, then demand a big raise.

I would keep Clawsen and make him a QB/Assitant OC coach until he gets his feet wet. Then keep Drayton and Scott.

On defense.......HAHAHAHA I would let everyone of them go! Bye Bye Chavis and take that sloppy Mustang and pack Slade in the trunk and drive the hell out of Knoxville! Then I would try and bring in Muschamp to be the DC and let him pick his own staff to work with.

Offensively, I would keep everyone except Jason Michaels, who can't seem to utilize the TE's any better, and Greg Adkins, the O-line coach whose line gets softer every successive year. The rest of these guys seem to be able to recruit. I would hire a good QB coach to go with my new O-line coach who would return to man blocking instead of zone blocking.

Defensively, I would retain all of the assistants including John Chavis. Chavis would be the link to past Vol greatness. The rest of the guys are doing well at recruiting. I would hire a full-time special teams coach like Shane Beamer instead of dividing ST duties.

The NCAA has limits on how many coaches a team can have.

Defense- Dan Brooks

Hire Al Wilson and ST coach
