pick up a copy of George Dohrmann's new book Play Their Hearts Out. From personal experience, I know the grassroots scene isn't populated with saints, but this story casts the whole machine in the worst light possible.

Im somewhat involved with the AAU scene here in Memphis and man is it a complex series of payoffs and under the table exchanges. Lots of shady figures in the local scene.

That's the thing. The Memphis scene is rough, but it's not even close to as brazenly corrupt as four or five other cities that come to mind.

I also find it funny that the TSSAA Coach of the Year and same guy you all were dealing with concerning Adonis and Chris Jones has been permanently banned from the AAU circuit for his shadiness. Thats not a shot at UTK per say, just at the local system.

So just because our coach is dirty we can't call out someone else's for it? Now if Pearl called out Cal it would be a different story. However, I don't know about you, but I've never had recruits at my house and then lied to the NCAA about it so I'll keep trashing those who deserve it all I want.

Sorry, but Kentucky has created a whole different level of cheating that UT could not even compare no matter how many pictures are on Aaron Craft's camera.

Really? Since when. I find it funny that you throw out empty accusations while your own program is going through some serious charges. Im not saying Cal is clean but he isnt on trial here, UTK is.

We got lost there on a baseball trip one time. A cop flagged us down at the gas station told us to turn right leaving the gas station and run every red light until you see a baseball field.

He said a group of you fellas in a teal minivan are just asking for it.
