its the fault of the white business owners for not giving them jobs

You forgot to blame all the surrounding areas for not banning and regulating everything like Chicago does. People go to those areas to get the stuff that's illegal in Chicago.

Wife had a shooting at one of her properties in Memphis Tuesday, called 911 and was asked if anyone was killed. No one was just a resident grazed by a bullet, took 3 hours for the cops to show up.

But we have law enforcement so no one needs firearms and criminals will follow the tough gun laws.

Probably they (cops) had to check out the other 5 shooting deaths that were going on at the time. Sometimes people have to just take a number & wait. Being a cop in Memphis ain't no pleasure cruise.

I have been saying for a long time, cops should pull out of certain areas and let the people there do whatever they want. Sell drugs, kill, rape, beat each other doesn't matter do whatever you want.
Damn shame this piece of crap regime's first reaction is to always blame the cops. 1 week left thank god.

In the old days in Memphis, the police would not investigate the crimes that took place in the mostly black Beale Street area.

Weird..Chicago is a racially diverse gun free utopia and remember diversity makes them strong...these stories about the crime and wanton violence must be lies.

True Story. I once ran hit a guy with my car in Orange Mound. Called the police. Guy was so high he walked off. Took cops about 45 minutes. In those areas even the black cops don't care, and that's most cities. Plus Memphis is down about 2k cops because of the loss of some pension and benefits.

Had to be in Chicago last week for a work conference. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I saw where they reminded their airport police that in a FLL type situation they are to hide or run away and wait for the real cops. That has to make civilians feel good.

Why can't police be professional in the way they handle criticism just like every other employed person? You don't just quit doing your job because someone points out some things they want changed in your work. You take the criticism to heart and try to fix what you're doing incorrectly to the best of your ability.
