So you would rather have a proven loser like Morris (14-22 HC record) or Steele (9-26 HC record) rather than gamble a bit on someone who may actually win? I mean I understand that Tee is a gamble; he may do well and then again he may strike out. But we know based on their prior track records as Head Coach that both Morris and Steele are almost certain strike out as Head Coach! I would prefer to hire someone that is a coin flip (i.e. Tee Martin) rather than hiring someone that we almost certainly know based on their prior track record is not going to succeed (i.e. Morris or Steele).
