If I'm being allowed to dicker around with time and reality I'd want to see a healthy and head-on-straight Sr Tony Robinson. Holy crap that guy threw a pretty ball.

With all love to Inky seeing Robinson go down is second only to Webb in my "this guy could have been one of the best EVER" heartbreakers.

Shuler...guy was a playmaker all by himself.
Casey...a total nut job but fruity enough, level headed enough to succeed in this whatever it is offense.
Conredge...see Shuler.

Didn't go with:

Tee...needed Cut to be all he could be.
Peyton...head would have exploded by the ineptitude of the staff thus rendering him unuseable.
Kelly...solid QB...often overlooked and criticized but a solid QB who much like Casey could check his receivers down.
Ainge...nothing spectacular...just a good solid QB that I'm afraid without Cut might pull a fetal position ala LSU play for this OC and HC.

Darryl Dickey helped to win the 1986 Sugar Bowl and did well to replace Tony Robinson. Even he is worth remembering.

I'd pick him based on accomplishments:

1st choice: Tee Martin (National Championship)
2nd choice: Andy Kelly (2 SEC Championships)
3rd choice: Darryl Dickey (1 SEC Title, won 35-7 in biggest game of his career)
4th choice: Peyton Manning (1 SEC Title, got killed 42-17 in the biggest game of his career)

Clearly you somehow missed Billy Squire's Rock Me Tonight.

I envy you that.

I'm still sticking with T Robinson if for no other reason than it'd be a treat for a lot of the people too young to remember him. They have no idea how good the guy really was/could have been.
