Harbaugh. Excellent leader and teacher. Builds physical football teams and demands players give everything they've got on the field.

I loved the attitude he instilled in Stanford whenever they went up against Southern Cal. USC had much more talent. But Harbaugh's teams made up for the discrepancy by sheer will to win.
