If you could bring back three players this year...

Roland James - still the best Vol safety I've seen
Bruce Wilkerson - still the best OL
Reggie White - no explanation needed
Carl Pickens - I know he makes 4, but hey 3 wasn't enough

Phil Fulmer
John Majors
Tee Martin (knows how to win the big ones)

Antone Davis, Charles McRae and Cosey Coleman.

Throw Bubba Miller and Bruce Wilkerson in there and we could run the ball on anybody.

Except for maybe a D-line of Reggie White, Darwin Walker, John Henderson and Shaun Ellis.

1. Donte Stallworth- Tremendous talent. Could help out the wideout group with his experience also.
2. Deon Grant- We need help at DB. And Grant has probably been the best defensive back that we have had in the last 10 years or so.
3. Peyton Manning- It's not that I don't trust Ainge's ability. It's his leadership I have a problem with. The offense really needs someone to lead them down the field this year in the huddle. Manning could do that.

Oh well, it's nice to dream.

ROBERT
DONTE
CARL

Fill in last names, you all know them, best receivers the VOLS have ever had. If we had these three receivers this year, there is no doubt in my mind Eric Ainge would get the Heisman trophy this year.

:yahoo: GO VOLS BEAT CALI & GATORS = NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!

Since its for this year I would go with Reggie White, Deon Grant(maybe Dale Carter), and Carl Pickens(maybe Peerless Price). I went with these because of our current situation this year.

I agree with this group 100%

Maybe it's me, and/or I wasn't watching at the right time, but I can't forget two or three (or how many) big drops against LSU in the SEC Championship game. Like I said, maybe it's just me, but based on that...no way he makes the "Top 3" list.

Go Vols.

What are our biggest needs?

1. John Henderson. Would instantly make our d-line one of the most feared. He would open up lanes for our talented but underproducing DEs, and school Bolden on a thing or two.

2. Deon Grant or Jason Allen. Its a toss up to me on who was better, but either way we need a vet in our secondary.

3. Stallworth or Peerless. A legit go-to receiver.
