If Worley Starts

and 32 today for a 2.9 yard average. Do you honestly think that's "great" and Simms gets the credit? With Simms at QB we max protect so we have 2 more blockers on every play. That's the difference not checks by Simms. When Bray is at QB we have 2 less blockers and 2 more receivers.

Look at pooles rushing ypc and I guess we never go two tight end sets or iform with bray

Rick Clausen also chimes in.

Rick Clausen was actually a serviceable QB, at times. He got screwed up and screwed over just like Erik Ainge did when Fulmer didn't have the guts to name either one the definitive starter before that dreadful '05 season. Clausen played pretty well at the end of the '04 season after Ainge and Schaeffer both got hurt.

Believe what you want it doesn't matter he's not going to be playing anymore anyone. I guess his running game prowness just wasn't enough.

Maybe once per half.

Not true.

The QB makes some of the line calls, changes the side of the play, and changes the play completely. It doesn't happen on every play but it happens much more than once per half.

How many of the first half runs do you guess were changed by Simms?

It's to late to have football 101 classes but as for Poole ypc like you ask. Before the LSU game he averaged 4.0 ypc agaist LSU his ypc was 3.7 and today 3.5. So since Simms started playing Poole's ypc has actually went down. I'm done.....................

Don't be surprised to see our running game fall off. Matt Simms does a lot of questionable things, but he is great calling in run plays. With Worley, I don't expect to see our running game success continue.

We may be better in passing, but we will probably have to sacrifice the run.

Let it go Phil your son isn't good at all.

Never said it wasn't. All I said don't be surprised to see our running game problem start back up and somehow that turns me into a huge simms supporter
