What would that have to do with Meyer?

This turn in the thread to Meyer getting fired is just plain stupid. The man just won the national c-ship and has recruited lights out. He'd have to show up drunk or stoned and forefiet games before anybody would utter a word of criticism.

If Meyer is in 1 % danger of being criticized to that degree, then in comparison Fulmer is due to be executed by firing squad.

Let's just worry about beating cal, then we'll worry about usm, and so on. I don't know of another team in the country that has as tough a early schedule as we do. 3 very very good teams and 2 on the road. WE better be ready come sat.

Although I feel that this is not something we should be worried about right now, there is nothing wrong with wishful thinking. If we go 3-0 out of the gates then we will be ranked probably around 7-8 and have a legitimate shot at a BCS bowl. However, let's beat Cal first and then worry about Southern Miss. Beat those Hippies!!

Or maybe pull a Mike Price,
I doubt he gets fired it. I think he bolts Florida once Tebow turns out to be a bust and the NFL comes calling.
