that would be a high top ten ranking st 10 wins,maybe top five just according to how the season plays out for other teams,,,I very much hope that happens!

FYI, UT lost 11 in a row to Alabama through 1982 then won 4 in a row, then lost 7 in a row and from 1993-2006 lost 3 games. Streaks don't last.

Through the coaching changes, UT was as lost the last two years as UF will be this year.

Bingo!! We have a winner!!! I fully expect us to beat Montana since I am a Vol fan,,,and because we can. I fully expect us to beat Cincy - but their D will be solid and will test our young Vols. After the Cincy game we will have an idea of where our defense is. Offense doesn't worry me,,too many guns that can score in multiple ways,,and a ground game, IMO, that will control the tempo. Florida is favored by 8 points. No big deal,,give 'em 8 just because it's in the swamp. A fumble (brantley) could give us 8 points to even it out. Been a long time since we have seen a hungry team. The boys had a good taste last year,,,,they want a full meal this year. GBO

Let's be realistic, we could easily blow a game prior to FL if we are not focused; Cinci would be the trap game here. IF, and its a big IF for a young team we upset FL, all bets are off and the kids will have a ton of confidence going into the meat of the SEC schedule. Problem is we are extremely inexperienced and depth is an issue. We have to stay healthy and play near perfect football to realistically play in a bowl this year. I love my Vols and I think we are on the right track here, but ladies and gents, this schedule is brutal. Really wish the ARK game was home.... No matter how it goes though, cheer our boys on and the future is bright.

We already have a good chance to knock off LSU since the revenge game is in Knoxville.

Vols aren't going to finish the regular season undefeated but they could still possibly win the SEC East.
