If we don't win Saturday....

Will you still have faith that Dooley can get it done??

I think right now it is hard to tell if he can get it done, I personally do not think he can but by beating Florida he steps in the right direction. If we lose on Saturday it would really be tough to have faith that he can win in this league, he would have to get other big wins or he is out after the season.

depends. they could win Saturday. end up 10-2 and win a bowl game.

then Bray, Hnuter, Patterson and James go pro.

come back 2013 and go 6-6.

could happen that way.

So what meaning does Saturday become if they win and the above scenario happens?

if they beat Florida it is very likely line 2 happens

I think this Saturday's game is the most important game Derek Dooley has ever coached. I really hope he pulls out a big win!

I think it means a lot for recruiting, especially the caliber of player they will have attending.

I also think that stopping the streak is big, just in a UT fans mind, and it will help mend a fanbase that needs it.

If Dooley ever needed a program building win, Saturday is it.

If we don't win saturday I'm going to rob a bank and blame all of you for it.

Sound reasonable. I think more violence incorporated into that would be in order though. Especially if I'm going down for it. Want to make it worth it and have my rep up before going to the pen

They could win Saturday, and still only win 8. They could lose, and still win 9. We need to stop making every game out to be a litmus test and just evaluate things around the end of October and again at the end of the season.

i really wouldn't like to go through each day thinking like some posters. I am excited about the game. I can't wait. I can't wait to tailgate. I look forward to the energy.

Contemplating a possible loss and if it will mean I think or don't think DD can get it done is as far from my thought process as possible. Just as the ky game, one game won't make my mind up.

All I know is what I see on the field in skill positions, in the trenches and on the sidelines with ever increasing depth, and better teachers of football on the staff than we have had in years. That's good enough for me to be confident in where the program is now, compared to where we have been the last few years. The rest will work itself out.

Beating a UF team, even if they are down, is something that can get this team to play better, than they probably are personnel wise. Dooley needs this win, the team needs this win, the fanbase needs this win, and most of all the recruits need to see this win.
