We don't need a new HC we just need some new Great assistants and CBJ needs to let them do their thing.

Lets not forget we have Larry Scott on staff. He may be worth a look. He has inroads into Fl.

I lol at the ones saying Butch isnt Dooley, but Butch got handed his ass by the worst coach in UT history

You realize that was against a pretty good UT offense and it was Cincinnati.

I don't mind the hate for Butch but some of these thoughts are reaching.

Here is what should (hopefully will) happen. The president of the university has a nice sit down and says look. Bring me an innovative OC and let him do his job. Quit trying to dictate your system. Inside sources says Malzahn was given that speech

Do we really trust that Dooley 2.0 won't be hired? Do we not feel like we would be in better shape giving him more time than taking another risk with the administrators hiring process?

Even if we try and fail, I'd much rather take a chance at getting a coach who will make us better and have us competing for championships, than standing pat with this mediocre, stubborn to the core, excuse making, cliche machine from Bumfuzzle, Michigan.

I said this in a post a couple of weeks ago. I do. It trust the powers that be at UT go out and spend the money on getting the best coach possible. And what is hilarious is they come back and stand up at a press conference and say that they had an all out effort and then expect the fans to except that. In some ways they are just as bad as the politicians.

Craig Bohl. Three time national champion, and he knows how to coach fundamental football. Wyoming just beat Boise St.

If we fire butch, we'll have a number of players leave the program, a weak recruiting class and pretty much start from scratch...we can hope to be over .500 the next couple of years but not really hope for much else...but by the time the new coach gets into his 3rd or 4th season, we'll see 9 or 10 wins and be ready to compete...

Tell Michigan that.

It would be a mistake. Do we have some issues, yes. Can they be corrected with Butch at the helm, yes. Have we improved dramatically since he has arrived, absolutely.

I for one am not ready to throw in the towel on Butch. We've had a bad 2 game stretch(i'm not counting A&M, played our butts off despite 7 turnovers). This thing with Hurd had obviously been brewing and probably affected the SCjr game.

We need some changes on the offense for sure. It's funny though, at times we look unstoppable with good play calling. Other times we look pathetic. I would be curious to see our production with Hurd in the game vs. AK and JK - that would be very interesting. I've been unhappy with Hurd's performance all year - uninspired. I guess we know why it was uninspired play.

No need to fire his azz. But someone he reports to has to sit the man down, stuff a sock in his mouth and lecture him about his pizz poor performance this year. Give him notice that he needs to adapt and make the changes required...or hit the Bricks.

Hart and Cheek are short termers. They are out in early spring 2017. They can't even be an effective buffer for CBJ right now. If he feels any heat it will be direct from the boosters. Firing will not be discussed until the new AD is moved in.

Haven't you noticed? Players have been jumping off the ship left and right already. The ship is going down and it's time for a new Captain

the percentages favor the next guy also not delivering what everyone wants. Just the way hires work. Most end up bad rather than successful

practically half our starters injured or not giving their all (hurd), we have one piss-poor game, and now we have this s***.

i'm glad i don't sit near a lot of you at the games.

:blue font: what if we had dooleys staff, with butch as hc and Wilcox on defense, minus dooley and not running the pathetic offensive scheme we run now
