I can't believe some advocate replacing most of his staff but not him.. The common denominator in cyclical assistant turnover is the head coach.. It's like the person that's been married and divorced numerous times. At some point they have to admit, they're the problem...

Yep, couldn't agree more. Hopefully something happens soon because if this goes on much longer we are going to be set back so far we may not come back from it for a loooong while
