depends... if Crompton losses ANOTHER game and there wasn't a change made at QB that cost us the game like it cost us the game against UCLA.... hmmmm it could get real interesting if JC starts another game...

Auburn has a high school moron running their offense, he's a joke.

If his offense is so good why isn't run anywhere else?

It's run at Auburn because because they have the Cheesewiz coaching them.

Tennessee 48 Alabama high 13.

What would it mean should Auburn win Saturday?

That Auburn is ahead of UT in the re-building process?
That Auburn hit a home run with Chizik?
That Auburn just has UT's number? 4 straight.
That we should think less of going to a bowl and focus more on the next recruiting class?
That UT is likely headed for a 5 win season?
Or that Tubbs out-recruited Phil the last 3-4 years?

what it means is alot of recruits that are on the fence will jump ship. irvin and young already seem like they have seen enough. i was alittle scared that this may happen. kiffy needs a big w to show the recruits he does know what he is doing and it isnt all talk.

If you think UT is going to score 48 points, I want what you have, and I don't care how I have to get it.

I think we are still going to have a gr8 recruiting class, but you're right. We need a big W in primetime, national television to show the recruits we are on the right track.

The same effect as Alabama losing La. Monroe. From a fans perspective we all want to win, but I think most of us are looking for improvement as the season moves goes along. If we lose 31-3, thats one thing, but if its 17-14, we all understand the weakness of this team.

This reminds me so much of Bama of 07. We are almost in the same boat, except I think our offense is worse in terms of O-Line and QB play. But I keep thinking we can a somewhat kind of turnaround next year with the recruiting we are having.

If Auburn wins and Crompton has anything to do with us losing, then maybe he will not start the Georgia game.

If UT loses to AU at home tomorrow night Al Davis moves down two spots on the crazy scale.

Maybe it just means Auburn is better than us. I don't remember the last time we beat them. But I remember the double butt woopin' from 2004.

Means absolutely nothing. How did Rocky Felker start at Miss State in the 1980's? or Terry Bowden in the 90's? (6-0 and 11-0).

yeah, your right, because Kiffin has inherited the worst offensive talent (except at RB) in the last 40 years in UT football. That totally makes Al Davis more lucid.

I don't think it means very much if AU beats us. because this is a rebuilding process; however, every win we can get this year and next just helps add to that building process..

what gets lost in this conversation and I know the aubies will argue this point....BUT...for a lot of the auburn offensive players this is actually their SECOND year in this type of offense, sure franklin was fired last season but they still had that practice under him. Malzahn comes in and has a much less formidable job to do to educate the more important pieces of the puzzle - the oline and qb...I am not saying last years team is the same as this but is has to play a part...experience counts.

Does our offense look any different than what our players have been used to?
