vividly, sorry for the shot, but these threads get really old. What people need to realize is that a big part of fandom is complaining, just like a big part of fandom is homerism. If we can all get to that point, then we can stop cluttering the board with arguments about why we should or shouldn't be complaining.

I'm no math whiz, but I'm pretty sure that 2007 - 1998 = 9 (did that with no calculator), meaning he would have been 15 if you're correct about his current age. I suspect he remembers as well as you do.

I was there at the Ark game, soaked, voice gone, mad, and tired. I remember thinking how I had lost the bet I made and wasn't looking foward to the guy's gloating. I know I joke about Hal a lot, but his quote about Tenn being touched by divine providence may have been true... maybe I should put that as my sig....

Well good will hunting, i was not taking a shot at his age, just letting him know about mine.

then why on earth did you mention his age and ask if he remembered if your only point was to pass along yours. Seems to me that would have required about 3 keystrokes.

Isn't it ironic that someone would complain about people complaining? I don't think Phil should get a 15 year pass either for winning the NC. If anything the NC should have put them in a better postition to compete for more not turn them into the official team of Outback Steakhouse.
