I would like to say that I'm just ready for all this stuff to be over! I thought that the letter was going to come out this month before Christmas. I guess the are going to wait until we start winning again and go up to UCONN and manhandle them before the bring the sanctions down. I swear I hate politcs sooo much!

I am not too concerned about these 3 losses. Pearl is doing what he does every year. He is trying different rotations until he finds the one that will work. You say that we were 7-0 so we must have had the right rotation? No, we were missing 3 players, 1 of which we still are. This ship is going to get fixed tonight at 7:30pm in TBA. Expect a big win tonight. He is preparing his team for the conference schedule. It is what he has done every year. Keep the Faith.

Take away the Charlotte loss and perhaps I could buy this argument. However, they are so bad that there was no way we could/should lose to them. Then come back home and lose to SC, that is not good looking at the rest of the season. All games count. If we have a poor record entering the SEC, we are likely to have a poor season after the SEC even though the SEC is terrible this year.

If the NCAA does burn Pearl then what direction do we go? Do we hire a new guy or do we keep this staff and hire Tony as HC because I have that gut feeling that Pearl is gonna go and that would really piss me off if the NCAA does that.
Tony Jones would instantly be the worst coach in the SEC.

The disturbing part is that Belmont and Charleston both are better than Charlotte and are plenty capable of beating USC. Thank God UTM is sandwiched in between.

Any team and get beat on any night. Especially when you let Charlotte control the flow of the game. We play our best basketball when we control the tempo of the game. We let them play thier game instead of making them play ours. I understand that sometimes a team may go on a spurt but thats when starters, mainly the point guard turn the game to our favor.
