We were about a $million apart with Peterson and Patterson the last time. Would there be the "unity" and "willingness" among big donors to close that gap with either of these two this time? That is a million dollar question.
Probably just another reason I'll never be rich, but if I was as rich as some of these donors, I couldn't let a million dollars stand in the way of getting a great coach. A billionaire makes far more than that just in interest on his money. Of course it's always easy to give away someone else's money or tell them what they should do with it but I really don't think I could stand by and watch UT lose like this if I had the means to do something about it.

You can't just throw money at something and think that that solves everythng. Just ask the Yankees and the US Gov't.:hi:
