I would wanna see a couple of things happen. Debord gone. CBJs offensive playbook gone with a pro style offense come in with an OC who knows how to use it. Jancek is working on being gone with his Third Down for What...first down mentality. Our ST coach can stay. This is all so we can save this buyout money. Dont get me wrong Ive said Butch isnt the guy for a while now but if we have to keep him id want to see all of this happen. Butch needs to swallow his pride and realize this offense doesnt work.

Yeah, if economics are forcing us to keep jones, at least till next year, wholesale changes need to be made to the "best staff in America"

Jones isnt going anywhere with the price tag of his buyout- but he needs to be told in no uncertain terms his buddies have got to go. I cant believe what we are paying his when he has NO track record as a coach whatsoever.

No dice... We're stuck with this offense for his duration. Wouldn't be all that bad with a QB that actually had teams thinking about a downfield pass.

Is Zack Stewart still with the team or is he gone? Guy looked like a mauler. We need maulers.

I thought the same thing watching Kubiak with Denver and Peyton. I know its different cuz they have Peyton and are in the NFL blah blah blah. If something doesnt work you change it.

It seems to me that every position group, except the running backs, have digressed this year. We have had some good plays on special teams however Medly was better last year. I know cBj isn't going anywhere but he definitely needs a big shake up in his staff and play book.

It will end up just like Dooley.. A broken team and the recruiting will start to suck. I will say they better have a absolute slam dunk of a hire waiting or you don't even think about it.

I can't find another area that they've really improved in other than special teams. The rest of it is the same or worse.

Yesterday we saw them try to get Arkansas thinking about the downfield pass, unfortunately Dobbs either missed receivers or the receivers dropped passes. Personally I think the bigger problem yesterday was that the defense looked horrible, which was only compounded by the missed opportunities on offense

The defense gave up one touchdown in the second half. You got to get more out of your offense. Arkansas is good at controlling time of possession. Butch was right about having to make the most out of our possessions. We didn't... ballgame.

This is insanity. Butch is an offensive coach. This is his offense. His offense put up seven last night. Firing DeBord, although he is awful and should be in a recliner on Saturdays, would have a minimal effect.

The only 3 coaches off of this staff that we should keep are Thig, Coach G, and Strip. The rest need to go. I honestly believe and trust Hart with have a hart to heart with CBJ this off-season about the staff and direction of the team. He will say I know your heart is in the right place by hiring your friends but UT's hart is stepping in a regulating what's happening from here on out.

It could be the Wing-T honestly as long as it's a winning style I am okay with it.
