He has already earned a HUGE raise and we MUST PAY HIM NOW!!...

It's like you guys just don't get he has done something considered impossible!!! He is taking Pruitt's recruits and getting them to buy into his culture and his system. Now we are competing as a top 5 team in like 18-19 months that's just insane.

He is the coach we need and we damn sure better do EVERYTHING we can to secure him and all the staff he needs to keep this rolling. If we do that then Rocky Top is definitely back if not we likely fall back into the wilderness we have lived in for decades.

Keep paying him more unless he proves otherwise. This is the only sustainable thing to do these days. The money has to be absolutely rolling in like never before up on the hill. He has created such a buzz the fan base is going absolutely bonkers and probably spending money like never before on all things UT football

IMO, If Heupel truly wants to stay here long term.. Barring any unforeseen circumstances like injuries and such, and he finishes 10-2 or above, the powers that be should negotiate a long term contract, with huge buyout clauses if he leaves or is poached, and paid as high as under Saban and Kirby. but wait til the of the season and see how the season and recruiting finishes

I agree with all you said. Additionally, we need to make his staff the highest paid in the country. They have proven they can develop players.
