Attendence for Wyoming would get a boost and the fans can honor Fulmer on his way out... no more concerns about booing if Wyoming keeps it close because the fans would be happy knowing that a change is coming at the end of the season.

I'm afraid the only move that lameazz Hamilton is likely to make will be on the toilet!:lolabove:

True. Last night looked like a team just going through the motions. It looked like they knew the end is near. Perhaps they did not want to give Bama the satisfaction of announcing last week. Perhaps this is the week.

Though I think he will wait till the end of the season.

Then they can expect subpar attendance at the last two games, and Fulmer will go down swining without his proper sending away from the fans...

Oh well..

I have a feeling that if any announcement is made before the end of the year, it will be after Wyoming, during the bye week.

It would be fitting to go ahead and announce it. The agony of thinking he could possibly be back is killing me. Why put the volnation through this????

The sad part is it appears UT is going to lose its winning streak against Kentucky now...Many of You were not even alive the last time UK beat Us...I was THERE!...And it was horrible...Prepare yourself like your getting ready for someone to die as its going to hurt....Ok not that bad but you get the point lol

I just hope Jim Wogan is hanging around UT on more than a gut feeling.

As bad as a loss to Kentucky would be, I can't imagine any loss hurting more than a Vanderbilt loss. One Vol loss to Vandy, elation felt equates to about 5 wins for them, in their eyes.

I agree. The attendance would get a boost and fans could honor Fulmer instead of treating him as Majors was treated.

Florida - Georgia - Alabama - Vandy - Kentucky in the same year

That might even be enough to get Hamilton canned. Is there shred of light at the end of this tunnel? What happens if G. Jones and E. Berry decide they would be better served at a winning school??? Sit out one season for a chance at a BCS Nat. Championship the next??? whos to say?

I can remember losing to lots of team, sitting in a stadium that had not been closed in, bleachers in north end zone, no upper deck, no bathrooms to speak of, but the fans and students came to the games. It made me sick to see red shirts in the west stands at the Alabama game. We plan to go to Kentucky but I am sure there will be plenty of tickets available even on a holiday weekend. They need to announce before that game so the university can give him a big send off...Vicky, the girls, the grandchild and any one else he would like to have there. I am sure he saw to it that Majors did not get one but when John comes back with teams on the field for reunions he gets a big ovation....

And a new offensive scheme. All these running backs and what should be a decnet O-line and no sign of a running game.

Hamilton and company have already made a move.
I've gone from slobbering anticipation to the absolute depths of despair. Feel like a yo-yo. I'm now leaning to not believing anything until he's gone and MH has sworn it on a stack of Bibles with a lie-detector humming in front of every single sports media on the face of the earth. TALK ABOUT BURN-OUT!

He really has. His body language speaks volumes....He could have a whole shelf in the university library on body language of a defeated coach.....Hope we don't lose anymore but I suspect we will. Then he can go home and write a book about something, make more money, and get free tickets to football games next fall.

I've never seen Tennessee lose to Kentucky, and I don't plan on ever seeing it happen. Idk what we have to do to win this ballgame but above all else Phil better circle the wagons and pull a rabbit out of his behind bc if by some travesty we do lose its gonna be a looonnnngg winter.
