If Currie Went to the Bahamas...

Without having an agreement already in place (and he didn't use a search firm), he should never be allowed back on campus.

Only possible problem is he did have a verbal agreement with someone, but that someone is a dud we didn't want.

It's only a 4 hour flight... he can fly back and do the coach search..

The only things "stringing you along" are rumors and your own imagination.

Wrong. Currie could have said weeks ago that Gruden wasn't even an option. He has handled this very poorly and it will backfire on him more than likely

So you expect him to go against his press conference where he said he's not going to say anything until he's introducing the new coach? Any speculation/high hopes for Gruden are not his fault, but rather the fanbase. People just need to get over it.

Would Bob Stoops be a dud?

Hey I understand supporting the team and being there for two full days (at least), is the pressing need not to find a football coach more so than being one more butt in the seat at the BBall game?

He is responsible for more than just the football program. Just because he is in the Bahama's doesn't mean he can't vet candidates and/or call agents.
