I may be interested in selling mine. I'm thinking about upgrading to the elite. I've had it for a little over 1 year and I've never had any problems with it. Also, the console is not banned from XBOX Live.

Is it modded? Is that the reason for the 'not banned' comment? If so, I'd be interested. Send me a price.

If you have arcade games you've purchased, you'll only be able to play the full version when connected to LIVE if you move your hard drive or it's contents to the new machine. Just FYI.

The 360 is not modded. The case has never been opened. I will sell the 360, extra wireless controller, two rechargable battery packs, and battery charging stand for $400. The 360 would be returned to its original factory default settings as I would transfer all saved info. to the elite. It still has two years of Microsoft warranty as I still have the original receipt. I will also throw in Guitar Hero II for an extra $60.

you dont have to have receipt for the waranty.

I wonder if it is done by production date or if the serial number is logged with a purchase date when you buy a specific console.
