I always like Lundquist but the guy with him is stoooopid.

Watching the bama game and they were talking about UT and Fulmer leaving.

He said "People were talking about the UT problem being no discipline in practice. Not true, I was there for a practice and they were very disciplined, they just don't have the talent."

1. Practices are closed.
2. If he was at a practice I doubt he would be paying close attention to the discipline.
3. I've yet to hear that practice is the only place we have been undisciplined.
4. This guy is a freaking idiot. Quit trying to make us look bad for letting someone that is barely over 60% in the modern era continue to coach for us after what he accomplished half a generation ago.

Anyone else catch this?

Now, back to studying for the cpa exam. :)

Yea, I heard that. Pretty ludicrous statement on his part. People that are not close to the program on a day-to-day basis just have no clue.

He's right about the talent. These are by far the biggest wide body, soft playing, slow off the ball linemen i've ever witnessed. We have talent equal to bottom feeder conference USA teams on both lines of scrimmage.

If you like Lundquist then you are as stupid as anyone. I would never trust anyone who was a UT fan and liked Lundquist with my taxes.

Talent is down but it shouldn't take a lineup of NFL draftees to beat Wyoming or to be competitive in the SEC.

haha, ok. I just think he's always been pretty fair. Not too exuberant, etc.

Never been too negative, always spoke well of UT when I've seen him.

Agreed, I think we should easily be able to beat Wyoming with the current roster. I do not see the offense improving much the rest of the season, but I am very excited to hear the new coach announced!

When Gary Danielson and the CBS crew that were doing the CBS game of the week at Neyland desired access to practice I assure you they were granted permission to be there.

I agree the guys name is Gary Patterson and he's a freaking idiot.

If something went bad he seen it, if something went good he called it... I actually went to CBS to see if there was a link to e-mail or anything.

Get this asshat off of National Television!!!

Lundquist did good as always but this guy is a joke!

He said the same quote on XM Sports Radio earlier this week. When asked about new coach he said that we need to be calling Mike Leach on the phone.

He covers the SEC every week and I would dare say that he knows 90% more than some of the posters on here crackin jokes.

What should he have said on national tv. We suck, have no discipline, our coaches are terrible and every recruit out there watching the game "you better think twice about going TN"

GIVE ME A BREAK!!!

It is Gary Danielson not Patterson-he is the coach for TCU.

I would get your facts straight before using the word idiot
