Ideas/Suggestions/Rumors for LB coach?

I like the DC hire now wondering about LB coach. I thought very highly of Coach Sirmon... meaning I think he has a bright future ahead of him. Anyway enough of me rambling. What are guys hearing or thinking on this?

Was mentioned not to be surprised if Sunseri coaches them on his own.. which would free up a coach in another area that we could add.

This. I was kind of hoping that's why CDD was bringing in Buddy Green. I was hoping Sal would be DC/LB coach and Buddy Green would be secondary coach. He make a crap load more money here as secondary coach than he does as DC at Navy.

he makes like 500k at navy, remarkably: so probably not. LT makes somewhere north of 400k @ UT, we are not going to be paying more than that for other non coordinators I do not believe. He'd be looking at a pay cut to come here. So...not likely I dont imagine.
