If Hamilton is wanting a big name there is none bigger then Cowher. It sure is NOT Leach or Patterson or Kelly. I would also like to thank our out of state fans but alot of your choices for coach are ridiculous. The city of Knoxville is greatly effected by the success of the football program and being a citizen of Knoxville we need a big name. It is real easy to live out of state and "think" you have the right canditate but whoever we get there is no reflection of the coach and success in your city.

BTW VolNMiami for the record Cowher has been asked and has yet to offer any public answer to his decision. He is on CBS and has had an opportunity to make a statement of yes or no. I do know he held a football clinic in Knoxville earlier in the year so he is aware of the facilities. Whether it is a pipe dream or not, that was not why I picked him. I chose him because he is the best name out there period!

And on the plane crossword conspiracy he fits all the clues so it must be him. :blink: Saying Cowher is not that crazy he wants back in and wants something new, hmmm, he has been rumored as Jo Pa's replacement but he can take over TN now. I think we should go after Billick if all else fails before going to these Kelly types. I agree with the sentiment and group that states Knox needs big name coach.
