Ideas for new coach at Clemson? Kstate? Syracuse?

Hokes record since he has been at Ball St. I think I will pass.

Ok, I give you guys are right. Hoke hasn't done anything.

7-6 last year yes.

The point is the some players he has recruited to play in the MAC could have gone to BCS schools chose to play for Hoke.

He has "coached" them back from being the worst team in the MAC to the best.

Hell just last night he beat a team by 31 UT beat by 4.

He is horrible.

I never said he's horrible. He is not anywhere on Tennessee's radar however.

Patterson to Kstate seems likely


Hoke may be a good coach, but not at our level yet, maybe Syracuse should look at him.

Clawson has been contacted by Syracuse..also being considered at UTChat....Fulmer's people have (as I understand) put feelers out for KSU...The garbage man told me this...

Fulmer to K-State is not that far fetched. He coached at Wichita State early in his career, so he has been in the state as a coach. Also the local paper's forums have had several people mentioning Phil as an attractive candidate and a big upgrade over Ron Prince.

However, Patterson is a heck of a coach and if he decides to leave TCU, someone will be getting an upgrade in their coaching staff.

With that said, I hope it's us...

So the K State question has now been answered.
Now a Clemson fan in my office says the talk with Clemson fans is that TDP contacted Sexton today regarding Fulmer's interest in the job. While I really like Fulmer, I don't see them getting energized over that hire.

don't see it happening. it is an upgrade over Bowden though.

I also don't see it happening...there's way too much in their war chest and it's too good of a gig for them to risk subduing the fanbase by hiring Phil. It just wouldn't be the move they are looking for right now.
HOWEVER, they could do much worse.

I don't care either who any of those schools get. We're f'in TENNESSEE!!! Hammy even touted on the radio yesterday that we've won more games over the last 75 years than ANYBODY!!!! The whole CLow mentality of the "domino effect" impacting TN's coaching search is a bunch of garbage!!!! The coaches those schools will get won't even be in our top 5!!!!!

A new coach for Clemsux.......How about Elmer Fud? Thats a perfect match. Especially if you dress him up like a farmer.

Miss State(looks pretty likely): Todd Graham
San Diego State: Kiffin(yep, he's gonna have to settle)

My guy says that Mizzou is already thinking Brady Hoke as replacement
