I would recommend Carrabba's hands down. There isn't anything there that isn't fantastic. Ceasar salat wit dim little fishes is gud!

We have been to the one in JC a few times. I'm not sure if they're all the same, but that one cooks their pizza in a brick oven. That's what I always get.

Carrabbas had (has?) a pork chop stuffed with prosciutto, fontina, and mushrooms, maybe some Marsala in there too. It would disappear from the menu, then pop back up, then disappear again. So frustrating!

So now I make it myself.

I let the birthday girl choose and she chose uncle Gus's mountain pit BBQ in ten Mile, TN and it was good! I got the smoked prime rib and it was fantastic. My daughter got a cheese burger of all things... Go figure..
Very good experience though!
