I found this on the SEC blog on ESPN. It is amazing the stupidity of some of these sportswriters.

Who is this Stone Cold looking writer anyways? Do they even know what football is in Idaho? Come on down south and we will show you what its all about. By the way I would recruit Eric Berrys momma if she wanted to play lol.

Well, ID is just about 3 hours north of UofU on I-15. In Utah they know enough about football to beat Bama... so I'm guessing the folks at Boise State could figure it out.

Remember, at one point in October, alot of people here wanted their coach.

**edit**
Just want to add, you can just as easily be an idiot in ID as in any other state.

the author is like a lot of journalistic hacks....saw something on the wire...took it as gospel and never bothered to check the facts. If he had done just a little homework he would have found the facts as explained by the father. That being said I still think we should offer Peyton's son whenever he comes along and we should offer Candace's daughter!

his freedom to be a completely wrong asshat? We're just exercising ours to call him out on it. Maybe he'll just on here and defend himself

I think if everyone considered the source before getting their feathers ruffled, the world would be a better place. Besides, dont yall think ESPN is out to get you anyway. With that in mind, what did you expect?

I'm not one of those people and i dont think Boise State or Utah even though they have been successful hold a candle to football in the south.

I wonder how many people would notice if the entire state of Idaho was swallowed by an earthquake?

I would.....but then again, I love me some potatoes.

On a side note, I'm seriously contemplating getting into journalism. Apparently, you no longer have to have writing ability, inside sources or any knowledge of what you write about. Sounds like an easy gig.

We have posters on VN that put these guys to shame.

Haha...that's what I'm going to school for. It really is pretty easy, but the trade off is you really have to love it because there's no money in it.
