Just reupping this thread. This is not a Bashing Joey Aguilar post either.

We are going to lose to Vandy and finish 8-4 and everyone is going to be crying about the future at QB going into the offseason.

Our season officially ended 4 weeks ago on November 1st after the clock went to zero vs Oklahoma.

There is no one with a working brain that thinks Heupel couldn't have gotten the guys with multiple years of eligibility ready to take first team reps for 3 weeks, play against NM State (which took 50 minutes for the QB1 to get 200+ passing yards) and then go on the road to play out a checked Florida team (which QB1 barely got over 200 yards).

This is a playoff sport. Once the playoff contention is eliminated, you play for the future.
