Illegal alien from Mexico. Multiple felony convictions. Breaks into a home. Assaults the resident and tries to fight off the arrest.
Bad move.
Agents in foot pursuit entered the home with permission from the resident and apprehended him. Now he's heading back to the "Familia", courtesy of the U.S.
Government. Deported, not invited.
Oh, this wasn't some border town. This was in the state capital, Sacramento.

2005 Carry Concealed Dirk or Dagger
2006 Possess Controlled Substance
2006 Possess Narcotics; Receive Stolen Property
2007 Burglary 1st Degree
