With all the anti ICE by the left I'm going to post updates of recent ICE arrests.

Today:

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – An indictment was finally unsealed charging three Honduran illegal aliens for fentanyl trafficking. Our investigation discovered over 52K fentanyl pills.

📌
Jairo Roney Cabrera-Escoto was living illegally in North Carolina.
📌
Cristian Eriberto Romero-Soto was living illegally in Utah
📌
Daniel Jose Felix-Aleman was living illegally in Utah
The case is a joint investigation led by our agency, the FBI and Utah County Major Crimes Task Force.

Keep up the good work brother. Glad to have you here in the PF. I want to see more deportations of would-be terrorists, spies etc from the Middle East, Northern Africa, and China. As well as gang members regardless of where they are from. GTFO...to any and everyone here illegally. I personally have a lot of respect for Latinos because I work almost exclusively with them. They are a hardworking and generally good people. Anyone here illegally needs to be gone though. Period. Our immigration laws exist for very good reasons. Criminals who have broken our laws and are also illegals need to GTFO immediately.

Also...no illegal aliens are entitled to any DUE PROCESS. The Left needs to shut up about that BS. The Constitution and Bill of Rights exist for AMERICAN CITIZENS. Not illegal invaders. All they are entitled to is a trip back where they came from.

CHILD MOLESTER ARRESTED.

Arizona is safer today.
ICE Phoenix just arrested Juan Sanchez-Hernandez, a 42-year-old illegal alien from Honduras—convicted of:
⚠️
Two counts of sexual conduct with a minor
⚠️
Molestation of a child
He’s a predator. He’s here illegally. And now, he’s in custody.
No sanctuary. No second chances.
ICE is committed to removing those who prey on the vulnerable.
We don’t tolerate this filth in our country.

An illegal alien, Hernandez-Herrera, was arrested by Border Patrol for evading arrest and alien smuggling, 8 USC 1324. During sentencing, U.S. District Judge John Kazen ordered Hernandez-Herrera to serve 66 months in federal prison.

Laredo Sector Agents followed Hernandez-Herrera to a residence on where they observed suspected illegal aliens leave the house and enter the vehicle. When law enforcement attempted a traffic stop, Hernandez-Herrera fled and lead them on a high-speed pursuit, weaving in and out of heavy traffic and speeds reaching 95 miles per hour.

The pursuit ended when Hernandez-Herrera crashed into two vehicles on Santa Maria Avenue, nearly colliding with Border Patrol agents. He was apprehended and arrested after attempting to flee from the vehicle.

Hernandez-Herrera ultimately confessed, admitting there were additional aliens at his residence. Authorities discovered an additional four people illegally in the United States at his residence and approximately 50.8 kilograms of marijuana at the location.

The Laredo Sector Border Patrol has no tolerance for smugglers who endanger our community and engage in illegal activity. Every criminal will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Show me where American citizens were detained until they destroyed evidence against the state. Sincerely, wtf are you talking about?
My misunderstanding. I didn’t realize you issue was with the deletion of videos and photos, which, absent legal justification, pretty clearly violates known legal standards.

I thought your issue was with the government using their authority to unreasonably detain US citizens (“hostages”, per the tweet) for extended periods of time, a power which the government clearly did seek during COVID.

Between the two, detention is worse. But, forcing citizens to delete videos (except where allowed by law) is obviously wrong, however, this is certainly not a “newfound” power. There are plenty of examples and discussions about the impropriety of these actions available with a Google search, and those examples date back for years.

IDK what to tell you buddy. This immigration enforcement stuff is a lot of new power-grabbing. We've even over-turned basically 200 years of legal precedent with district judges and bill of rights protections in the process.
