and their toe hurt. Plus, somebodies third cousin was in a really bad wreck. They're OK, but it sure had their focus off center.

It is a whiner excuse..lol.. He is just worried about the recruits.. I'm sure some of them have made a few comments about it not being a blow out... You know the players were telling the recruits things like "You will get to see Florida football this weekend..We are going to beat Tennessee by 100"... Urban isn't stupid and he knows that he has all he can handle in recruiting when it comes to our staff..

The key players that didn't have the flu were injured early in the game and our big bad linemen took advantage of them...:crazy:

I doubt he thinks that now. But he's already making excuses for the punch in the mouth we gave them.
Funny how after the game they start saying players had the flu and a couple of players with flu like symptoms were in isolation during the week.

If thats all true why was'nt it mentioned earlier in the week. Even FLA fans did'nt know about it.:lolabove:

I knew you were not "digging" at me....he was "handled" very well yesterday by the Vols
(just think what he could do in the TN Two!)

Only 1 tackle, but didn't play the second half either. I'm not arguing, but when he re-aggravated his Achilles injury, he was limited the rest of first half and didn't return for the second. But while he was in there, you are correct, we had 2 guys keying on him most every play. Man, that guy is a talent...love to have a guy like him playing MLB next year for Monte. Nothing against NR, he's outstanding, but Spikes is an all-world talent and a prototypical MLB for CMK's TENNESSEE 2 Defense!!

UF won the game, we got more than we were supposed to out of the trip. Time to move on. Important 3 game strech comin up.

I find it funny that people complained about people taking Kiffin's comments about beating Florida out of context/leaving stuff out, and yet on this comment we've pretty much done the same thing.
