I wonder if Burt Reynolds

He's a hard comedian for people to like. His humor is bare bones dry and that's sometimes hard to grasp in the moment. His segment in the roast of Bob Saget I think is the best example of this. The crowd has scattered laughs and some nervous laughter but Bob Saget is losing it rolling by the time Norm's done.

YES.

I remember Lovitz and Brian Poshen both cracking up too. He played it perfectly.

Burt Reynolds and Jim Harbaugh are in cahoots to end football as we know it. Between the 37000 plastic surgeries Burt has had and the inexplicable number of pics of Jim Harbaugh shirtless , they through their very association with football are subconsciously programming us to look elsewhere for our sports entertainment. Badminton? No shirtless Harbaugh, no soul sucking somewhat human Reynolds face associated? I am down to watch a entire season. In short, JH please put a shirt on and Burt please just go marlin fishing in Costa Rica and have your deserved fun while allowing us the blessing of not seeing your seven million dollar face.

Indeed. One of my favorite cast members from the entire run. And he was hysterical on NewsRadio.

Losing him was terribly saddening.

He probably would have still been active and hilarious today, at the very least as a voice-over actor.

I don't know about recently, however he and Dinah Shore sat about 6 rows below me in Section D, if memory serves, at the 1972 Bama game.

Chevy Chase is in Knoxville on Monday for that movie. His SNL word association skit with Richard Pryor should be required viewing for everybody... especially over-the-top PC douche bags.

I was setting two rows in front of them, however they had to move to the press box because the crowd was smothering them. I will have to say the Dinah sure looked good from where I was setting! By the way it was a game between the Cleveland Browns and Atlanta Falcons.
