Why in the heck would you let any Mr Football award winner not play at Tennessee if that's where they want to go. The passion a Vol fan athlete will play with is always on a different level then a non fan athlete will play with..... Oh this kills me.....

I just like seeing a Hometown TN guy who came from nothing and worked hard to achieve everything, and made it story ......and his beastly play making on the field is pretty freaking hawt sexy stuff. :rock:

But hearing any great player say they "wanted to come to TN but TN didn't want me" especially given our last decade......that's always gonna hurt to hear. It's a shame.

We have lost alot of great in-state players in recent years to out of state schools.....and more now don't "WANT" to play for TN...and that hurts.

I loved Chavis...but that's just insanity....no wonder we slid. I mean Jihad Jesus he didn't even have to go past a state line.....how lazy do you got to be. Kid is incredible athlete proved it on multiple levels wants to play for you in state.....wtf%^&*%* that's beyond lazy...that's like some hidden career suicidal thing going.

I think he has an excellent story, hard not to respect him for where came from and where he has gotten too. It's refreshing to see an athlete who is down to earth, and who doesn't make excuses. And he's from Tennessee....and while he never wore Orange, I think Tennessee should be pretty proud of his representation of the state.

Okay enough seriousness.....he's also a sexy beast on the field.
