And that thinking is what's wrong with TN. We are just fans and we are not in control. What did last night actions of throwing stuff on the field accomplish, did it change the outcome? No, it just made us look like bratty kids who threw a tantrum. This is why no great coach would come here and why kids leave.

Yes, I am just as teed off at the dirty play of Ole Miss defensive players... and by the visibly biased officiating last night... but I am just as disgusted by our Vols fans throwing things onto the field that could injure people that were not involved in the dirty play or sorry officiating! And, one must ask, "What good did that kind of fan behavior accomplish?". The better thing to do is for every fan to write the SEC Commissioner demanding the policing and fining of terrible officiating crews... as well as banning refs who continue making biased calls such as we saw all through last night's game. If our fans want to make a difference - great! But make a difference, not such an obscene scene.

I know you are just having fun, but I don't think the 17% immature fans will be missed that much. Their mom will still likely buy their UT gear for them while they sulk in the basement posting on forums and feeling tough.

The orange golf balls would have seen better use at a miniature golf course as patrons try to win free games by getting a hole in one on the eightheenth hole.
