He said he had gotten a text that it got turned down by the BOT. A guy responded with a screenshot of a text saying Fulmer got it cleared through the SEC and Haslam is trying to block the academic side and Fulmer is threatening to have donations shut down if they dont approve

Well, he can persuade boosters to make donations, so I'm sure he could persuade the booster to hold up on donating as well. Doesn't seem like he would as much as he loves the university, but it could be his leverage considering his ability to recruit donations from boosters.

That we have Freeze. Fulmer offered and deal is done. Only issue is the BOT not going thru or refusing to sign off on it; if they continue to be an issue Fulmer will cut off donations to the boosters in order to get this deal finalized
