That the neck tattoo is white trash nation's answer to the "tramp stamp".

When i see one on a dude's neck you are telling me that you either enjoyed your time in prison or the entire ICP discography..

I never liked neck tattoos......and it really pisses me off to see someone in the military with them

I have 3. its just an form of art.. dont get me wrong.. I dont have any neck tats... I have them in places where i can hide them if i want and i could show them off if i wanted... Its really relaxing gettin inkd up..

I love my power T tattoo but probably wouldn't put it on my neck. I noticed out west a lot of the hispanics had their last name tattooed on their neck. Never understood getting your own name

I have my home address tatooed on my the back of my neck so when I go on a bender and lose touch with reality, the cops can always get me back home.
