That you have so many 18~25 year olds on VolNation telling 30+ year old Tennessee fans that they are not true fans.

I also find in funny that people on here accuse alumni of not being fans.

I've been a fan all my life (not counting infant years---30yrs). I am an alumni. My wife is an alumni. Our children will be alumni. I have seen Tennessee at its best and worst... and I'm still a fan.

I have a right to:

1) expect us to win
2) expect us to play hard
3) get mad when we don't
4) like or dislike any coach
5) express my opinion on this board

If you can't handle that, go to another board.

I think its funny when people can't detect sarcasm.

Also, the age thing was not about who is smarter or knows more, it is about RESPECT.

I was taught to respect my elders.
