My God we are UT. This isnt supposed to happen.

I am still in complete and utter sock over here. Nation we are in very bad shape.

i was saying this during the gameday chat today. i respect your opinion, but you shouldn't really be shocked. i know i'm not. when florida ran that punt back after our opening 3 and out i just glanced away and laughed. same reaction after the fumble by foster. i anticipate these things happening, like the 99 yard drive. then to see it happen in front of your eyes is just flat out comical. the epitome of tennessee football over the last several years has been that they usually find a way to lose games.

well i dont think we're 39 points worse than florida. They just tacked on unnecessary points in the end.

Me and my UT bud was doing the same thing today all during the game today. I just hung my head and laughed all game long.

Yeah, but if we weren't 39 points worse, Florida wouldn't have been able to tack them on in the first place. We stunk. Badly.

I can't believe people are actually shocked by the outcome of the game. The writing's been on the wall for a long time.

I am in complete and utter shock that my AD hasn't and won't do something about it.

on average we're probably not. if we played florida 10 times with our current team though, i say we lose 9 of those games. maybe all 10 of them.

As far as being shocked...

Fulmer has a long and storied history of melt downs in big games against good teams, even during his "glory days" of the late 90s. This is actually his M.O.

and have of the games this decade against ranked teams...

...and many more...NEB, GA, BAMA, FL, K ST, CLEM, MARYLAND, MIA, AUB, and on...and on...and on

Kentucky looks to be on their way to beating a #9 team in Louisville.

We can only dream of beating a ranked team...much less a top 10 team.

We had 59 put on us today and Ky just beat a top ten team. Is this the twilight zone.
