Every team has their bad stretch, this is ours. Look we lossed our two best guys on the field. And that was Worley's first game last night. He threw some good passes that were dropped. He also threw some bad passes but what can you expect from an 18-19 year old kid?

Plus don't we have some pretty good recruits so far? Can someone name them for me?

I'm an LSU fan and remember the 90's when we had 6 losing season during our worst tenure in our history. All programs have their ups and downs. Hang in there Vols fans, your program won't be down forever. Yall have too many resources.

Believe in what exactly? That we will be better someday? Hopefully. Is that a given? No. My guess is that a lot of people have been believing in Notre Dame the last few years. Believing hasn't helped. Football is a lot like a business. Believing doesn't hurt, but it won't get you anywhere without the right plan and resources. We have neither right now. I hate that we cannot win a game that makes us feel proud to be fans. I understand the reasons we haven't, but I still hate it.

For those of you who are about to say we should be proud no matter. You're right. So go Vols and GBO and VB and blah, blah, blah...

I do. I will go on deployment for all of next season but predict that when I get back for the 2013 season we will have a shot to win the east.

faith noun \ˈfāth\
plural faiths

Definition of FAITH

1a : allegiance to duty or a person : loyalty

1b (1) : fidelity to one's promises (2) : sincerity of intentions

2a (1) : belief and trust in and loyalty to God (2) : belief in the traditional doctrines of a religion

2b (1) : firm belief in something for which there is no proof (2) : complete trust

Being a Tennessee fan the last few years pretty much requires blind belief in Websters definition 2b. :crossfingers:

Yes, but I believe in Santa Claus, too. But he brings me gifts every year.

I believe in the future, but I have lost all hope for this year. Beat candy, and KY, and I'll be happy though.

I was driving home from church this morning, and my 3-year-old and 1-year-old starts singing Rocky Top (just outta nowhere). The 3-year-old sings it pretty well, the 1-year-old kinda bumbles through the words until you get to the "woo", and she'll WOOOOOOO you out of the car.

I turned to my wife and said, "I don't care how bad we are this year, you can't...beat...that." I put in my POTSB CD, they started going nuts and I proceeded drumming on the steering wheel.
