Good thing you did'nt make dirty looks at Rod Wilks, you would'nt have been able to make a thread about it - He would have torn you into little piece's and tied you to the bumper of the newlyweds car!!!:pepper:

OP is obviously not a true Vol fan. I bet he even sits down during games.








(Now we've had a Rod Wilks reference and a True Vol Fan reference. All we need now is someone to blame Lincoln's failure on Fulmer and someone else to bait MHF and this thread will be complete)

So let me get this straight everyone is ripping the OP for jokingly saying he gave the DL dirty looks and didn't want to hang with him later. I am pretty sure there was worse said about DL after that bama loss than what this guy did. You guys need to lighten up. Its not like he went over and kicked him in the balls and shouted you suck at him.

Whether or not he was joking is not important. It wasn't funny, nor was it cool. I can imagine how deeply hurt and dismayed he must have been after that game and after the Music City Bowl. That's just throwing salt into the wound.

Kiffin did a great job COACHING the OFFENSE in his one season at UT and called a great game in the Bama matchup against Saban. If you can't handle hearing a simple truth when it goes against your grain of biased thinking then maybe your mommy shouldn't be letting you play on the computer.

Agreed, I especially loved that game plan where Kiffin milked the clock for a hurt kicker and then proceeded to bash the refs as his reasoning to do so in his press conference.

We get it you like Kiffy. The reason we were in the game was defense not offense in that shootout. But I liked Kiffs play calling at the end of the UCLA game, Sounded like Fulmer run it up the middle every time.

I'm really unbiased toward Kiffin, I'm just calling it like it is. I didn't see anyone complaining at the time. The UCLA loss was much more because of the fact Crompton still hadn't completely progressed under the new system much more so than the playcalling.

All of us on Volnation agreed at the time that Kiffin had Saban guessing the entire game...stat wise we won almost every major offensive category and Crompton played very well for Crompton.

Like I said, no one was blaming Kiffin at the time.

Also, the same people who are now defending Lincoln were calling for his head after a lot of closely lost games. I understand how immature sounding the OP's post was, but it is just amazing how people on here tend to backtrack and change opinions as it suites them better at their cause at that particular time.
