There is a pic of me with my first car in the pic thread... it was a 1958 olds that I bought from my dad and painted it... I think I paid him 475 for it...

You were able to tell the 300 hp by the heads.. they had double humps on them..

I was thinking about that the other day for some reason. And, remember the 283's w/ the power pack heads. Their symbol for the power packs heads was like a rectangle box with a triangle coming out of the top.

I was thinking about that the other day for some reason. And, remember the 283's w/ the power pack heads. Their symbol for the power packs heads was like a rectangle box with a triangle coming out of the top.
