It's start ing to become clear to me that he just doesn't hve what it takes to coach in the SEC. This is HOW MANY games that we have had substitution problems??!?!?

You got to be kidding me. We are a young team, undermanned, playing in the SEC. These tough times will pay off in th future. You are the type of fan thaty leaves early. Pleaser find a new team to root for.

Tell me where I'm wrong. Dooley hasn't shown that he has the wherewithall to count to 11. He seems to frequently be either over or under. That cant be blamed on players fellah... That's clearly bad coaching.

No one is saying this team isn't undermanned but at some point you need to have the right number of men on the field.

So the one time they had the wrong number on the field is why we lost 41-10

I had no idea that was such a turning point in the game

florida has played more true freshman and they haven't had the same substitution problems.

Young teams should improve. This team is finding new ways to self destruct and get trounced each week. It's baffling.

Thank you everyone! I'm so sick of these threads! Tennessee is young and outnumbered against everyone they play. If we have this record next year then maybe I'll start to worry. Til then just shut up!

No that's called a new staff that hasen't coached together and youth on the team. Mistakes are something that they will eventually learn from.

This staff hasn't shown me ANYTHING that would lead me or any other rational human being to believe that they wll be able to restore Tennessee to any sort of level of competitiveness. The game decisions they make absolutely defy logic. and if you are actually watching these past few games you'd have not a leg to stand on as far as refuting what I'm saying. Yes, we have a talent gap with the rest of the league. That gap extends to the coaching staff also.
